What is coaching?

Coaching is a process in which the coach helps the Client look towards the future and supports them to achieve personal or professional goals through effective questioning and listening. It involves a collaboration to help the Client clarify their goals, create action plans, and overcome obstacles.

Depending on your specific needs and goals with completing the coaching sessions, the set post-session exercises and personal insight work some of the benefits will include:

Are sessions face to face or online?

Sessions are online using Zoom. This enables the client to book the session with flexibility around location and timing. Although it is recommended to be in a location with stable internet connection and with no or limited distractions.

All sessions are recorded. This is so sessions can be sent to the client for reflection and used for post-session notes. All recordings are strictly confidential and only shared between the Coach and the Client.

How much time do I have to commit to?

The sessions are approximately an hour long and generally every two weeks.
​​

Each session comes with some post-session notes and exercises to assist with the process. It is recommended that you spend at least an hour going through these in between session.

All results are based upon how much time you invest and how committed you are to your own success.

Will my personal information stay confidential?

Yes. Absolutley. All your data, including the session recordings are kept secure and confidential between Client and Coach.

To show my commitment to data security Sally Mundy Coaching is registered with the Information Commission Office (ICO) and therefore governed by their policies on data security.

Prices vary on the programme that you select but single sessions start at £135 for a 1 hour session with post-session insights and resources provided.
